1. What this website uses
The supplied application does not set HTTP cookies and has no optional tracking services. After you save a privacy choice, it uses local storage solely to remember that choice. Local storage is covered here because privacy rules can apply to storage technologies beyond cookies.
The informational banner is included to make these controls easy to find. Browsing, scrolling or closing a preference window does not count as agreement to optional processing. The website remains accessible without an optional choice.
2. Storage inventory
| Item / provider | Purpose and category | Duration / trigger |
|---|---|---|
vantageatlas:privacy:v1First-party local storage Aries Connects World Inc. | Remember privacy categories, notice revision, timestamp, expiry, choice action and detected browser opt-out status. Strictly necessary for saving the requested preference. No unique identifier. | Written only when you save, reject or accept available choices. Valid for 180 days, then ignored. Removed when you forget the choice or clear browser storage. |
| Analytics | No provider, cookie or measurement tag installed. | Not used. |
| Functional | No optional service, external embed or preference cookie installed. | Not used. |
| Marketing | No advertising, attribution, profiling or retargeting service installed. | Not used. |
The host, CDN or security layer can introduce additional storage. The operator reviews the production deployment on an ongoing basis and updates this inventory when the hosting configuration or site technologies change; this application inventory does not certify a hosting configuration.
3. How choices work
Optional categories start off. Categories with no installed service are unavailable rather than asking for blanket consent to future tools. “Accept all” only applies to the available, disclosed services; there are no optional services in this release.
“Reject optional” and “Accept all” have equal presentation at the first layer and in the preferences panel. “Save preferences” applies only the selected available choices. The strictly necessary privacy record is not an analytics identifier.
4. Change, withdraw or remove a choice
Use “Cookie preferences” in the footer at any time. Reject optional categories to withdraw permission. Use “Forget saved choice” on the privacy-choices page to delete this application’s preference record.
Your choice applies to this browser and website origin only. Clearing browser data, using another browser, a new policy or service revision, or expiry may cause the notice to appear again. A privacy choice here does not change ACW Circle’s separate website settings.
When browser storage is blocked, the choice is applied in memory to the current page only. JavaScript-disabled browsing does not activate optional technologies or create an application preference record.
5. Browser privacy signals
The application checks the browser’s Global Privacy Control property and treats it as a marketing opt-out. It cannot be overridden by the Accept all button while the signal is detected. No optional marketing technology is installed.
This browser-level behavior is not an account-wide or server-side rights system. The production operator must assess server-level signal handling if advertising, customer accounts or other relevant processing is introduced.
6. Changes and future tools
Before any optional service is introduced, the operator must publish its identity, purpose, storage keys, duration and privacy information, configure consent-based loading and withdrawal, change the notice/service revision, and test that no optional request occurs before consent or after withdrawal.
No Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag or Google Consent Mode script is included. These are not activated merely by deploying the website or choosing Accept all.
