This policy covers this informational website. It does not describe a deployed VantageAtlas customer platform, customer-uploaded geospatial datasets, employment applications, or unrelated ACW services. Those activities require their own appropriate notices and agreements.

Displayed website assets are served from the VantageAtlas site. The hosting environment may automatically process limited server, network and security logs needed to deliver, protect and troubleshoot the website.
When Global Privacy Control is detected through the browser, the preference system keeps marketing disabled. This site does not perform targeted advertising or sell or share information through advertising technology. This statement is specific to this website implementation, not a company-wide audit.
5. Recipients and external services
Authorized company personnel and service providers may process information only as needed to host and secure the website, operate business email, respond to inquiries, or meet legal obligations. Service providers are expected to handle information for the relevant business purpose and under appropriate contractual or legal safeguards.

9. Children and automated decisions
This informational site is directed to organizations and professional users, not to children. It has no child-registration or student-data collection workflow. Contact us if a child has supplied information that should be removed.
This website does not make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about visitors. AI-assisted VantageAtlas platform functionality is separate from this informational website; deployments that process personal information are subject to appropriate implementation-specific privacy assessment and notices.

The website is designed to limit unnecessary collection, avoid undisclosed third-party tracking and use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the service. No website or email system can guarantee absolute security, and safeguards are reviewed as the service evolves.
This notice may be updated when the website or processing changes. The current revision date will be shown here. Material new optional purposes require fresh choices rather than treating an old “Accept all” selection as consent to future services.
